Veteran Discount
Disabled Veteran and Special Recognition License Plate issued by the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) with a valid FasTrak account and transponder may qualify for free travel on selected toll lanes in California. 91 Express Lanes account holders are required to sign up for a Special Access Account. Disabled Veteran and Special Recognition License Plates must be added to the account with proof of DMV vehicle registration and a picture of the license plate to receive free travel. Below is a list of license plates that qualify for this discount on the 91 Express Lanes.

Drive one week toll-free, just by opening your new 91 Express Lanes account with your American Express, Master Card, Visa, or Discover credit card. That's right - drive the 91 Express Lanes as much as you like for your first week on us! One week free offer applies to new credit-card accounts only. Free tolls are non-refundable and only good for trips on the 91 Express Lanes. Any tolls charged by other FasTrak® toll facilities are the responsibility of the account holder and will be deducted from the customer's prepaid toll balance.

TWO WEEKS FREE AND SPECIAL AAA DISCOUNT
You'll get one week toll-free when you open an account using your American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit card. And you'll get one more week of free tolls when you enter your AAA membership number on the new account application when prompted. Offer applies to new credit card accounts only.
