For 91 Express Lanes Account Holders who received a violation from the 91 Express Lanes:
If you are a 91 Express Lanes account holder, you can verify your account on this Website. Go to My Account, login, and submit the Reference Number and Vehicle License Number noted on the Violation. Your violation will be cleared and the tolls will be deducted from your prepaid toll account. Your account must be in good-standing at the time of the toll violation.
For 91 Express Lanes Account Holders who received a violation on The Toll Roads:
Please contact our Customer Service Center and a Representative will assist you with submitting an Account Verification Form, which is required by The Toll Roads to verify that you had a valid 91 Express Lanes account which was in good standing at the time the violation occurred. You will still be required to submit payment for the amount of the tolls due to:

Complete the bottom portion of the Notice of Toll Evasion Violation and submit payment for the amount of the tolls only. Proof of a valid account (e.g. customer statement for time of violation) is required as well. Mail both to:
