Pay a Violation

If you received a violation notice that indicates you were traveling on the 91 Express Lanes without a valid FasTrak account, you must respond to the Notice of Toll Evasion Violation within 21 days of the date on the Notice. Failure to respond within the 21-day time period could lead to additional penalties.
