Service centers

To support our customer needs, the 91 Express Lanes has two full service walk-in Customer Service Centers conveniently located in the City of Corona and the City of Orange.

Both locations provide staffing to accommodate all 91 Express Lanes customer service needs. For example, customers can update their 91 Express Lanes account information, replace or add transponders, make payments, or open a new account. OCTA bus transit information and passes are also available at the facility in the City of Orange.

From SR-22 West, exit on Main Street, and turn left onto La Veta Ave. Then make a left onto Main Street.

From Main Street, make a right into the free parking lot in front of the smaller OCTA building (550 South Main Street). There is also a parking structure behind the OCTA building.

From SR-22 East, exit on Main Street, and turn right onto Town & Country Road. Then make a right onto Main Street.

From Main Street, make a left into the free parking lot in front of the smaller OCTA building (550 South Main Street). There is also a parking structure behind the OCTA building.

From I-5 North, exit on Main Street, then head north on Main Street toward La Veta Ave. Before reaching La Veta Ave., make a left into the free parking lot in front the smaller OCTA building (550 South Main Street). There is also a parking structure behind the OCTA building.

From I-5 South, exit on Main Street, then head north on Main Street toward La Veta Ave. Before reaching La Veta Ave., make a left into the free parking lot in front the smaller OCTA building (550 South Main Street). There is also a parking structure behind the OCTA building.
