To help make managing your account more convenient, we recently opened a Customer Service Center in Orange County. The new "OCTA Store" is located on the ground floor of the OCTA administrative building at 600 S. Main Street in the city of Orange — just north of the Main Place Mall.
Our new Customer Service Center will provide you with all the same services currently available at the Corona office. OCTA bus transit information and passes are also available at this location.

From SR-22 West, exit on Main Street, and turn left onto La Veta Ave. Then make a left onto Main Street.
